About Jane
Jane is a seasoned travel specialist with 31 years of experience crafting immersive journeys across Europe, Canada, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. She excels at creating authentic connections between travellers and destinations while seamlessly coordinating every detail—from flights and experiences to accommodation.
Working closely with coaches, teachers, and organizers, Jane has extensive experience arranging sporting tours, school trips, and family group travel. Her recent personal travel highlights include encountering Africa’s Big 5, cruising the majestic Rhône river in Europe, and driving through the Canadian Rockies—experiences that inspire the journeys she curates for her clients.
About Russell
Russell’s personal passion for adventure and active travel makes him your ideal guide for out-of-the-ordinary journeys: skiing in Romania, trekking in South America, exploring volcanoes and glaciers through Iceland, or expeditions through Kenya and Tanzania. With 35 years in the industry, Russell is also our round-the-world airfare guru—he knows how to maximize stops and create optimal routing for complex itineraries.
A devoted skier, Russell will be personally hosting our next ski trip to Panorama, Canada, in February 2027. Register your interest here to join him on the slopes.
About Caitlin
Caitlin is a Senior Travel Advisor with 13 years of industry experience, specialising in Asia—particularly Indonesia, India, and Sri Lanka—and Central America. Indonesia has been her second home for eight years, fuelling her passion for island life and immersive cultural experiences. Mexico’s Oaxaca region captured her heart with its vibrant colours, bustling markets, and diverse landscapes.
Caitlin excels at helping clients envision their dream trips and encouraging them to go deeper: savour local cuisine, wander without rush, embrace the unexpected, and truly immerse themselves in each destination’s culture.
